Messages
The Messages page (the inbox bell next to Support, also in your user menu) gathers two kinds of items for your workspace:
- Notifications — automatic updates about an app (created, changed, published, deleted, archived, restored, or when your access to it changes — granted, role updated, or removed, naming your role). They reach only the people with access to that app (its members and workspace admins), never the whole workspace, and never the person who made the change. You're also notified about your workspace account — a role change (member ↔ admin) or an admin-started password reset; admins are told when an invitation is sent.
- Messages — notes between members. Admins can send to everyone, just admins, just members, or one person; members can write to the admins — picking a topic such as requesting access to an app, removing their access, or a password reset — or to one colleague. Use Compose to send; a copy of anything you send stays in your own list.
A red dot on the bell means you have unread items. Open a message to mark it read; you can also sort, search, filter by type/date, mark all read, delete one, or purge read (or all) at once.
Free on every plan. Messages and notifications are available to all members on all tiers — nothing to enable.
