Admin console & plans
When you sign up and create a workspace you choose a plan (changeable anytime). Invited teammates join your workspace and inherit its plan. Workspace admins get an Admin console (top-bar link) to manage the workspace:
- Usage — live meters for users, apps, published bundles, your two storage caps (Database and File storage) and monthly bandwidth, against your plan's limits.
- Plans — compare and switch plans; each shows monthly and annual pricing with any intro or promotion. Annual→annual anytime; annual→monthly only in the last 30 days of the term. Your limits and price are the terms you subscribed under — if a plan's terms change later, existing workspaces keep theirs (improvements may be rolled out to everyone).
- Billing — current plan, amount due, renewal date, and payment / billing history.
- Branding — upload a company logo for the top banner (PNG/JPG/WebP/GIF, up to 1 MB).
- Data — storage use and a per-app record breakdown, plus Backup workspace: download one
.zipof every app's data — records and master data (lookup tables) — named after your workspace, and Restore from file to load it back (matching rows update, new ones are added, nothing is deleted). Free on every plan, saved to your own device. The same tab holds the recycle bin for deleted apps and, on Max / Enterprise annual plans, scheduled hosted backups you can restore from. - Users — invite people and manage member roles.
- Transfers — copy an app (and optionally its data) to another workspace, gated by both admins' consent.
- Audit log — a searchable, exportable history of admin actions.
- Housekeeping — one place to manage how long the workspace keeps its logs (audit, billing & payment history, messages & notifications). Set a retention window per item, purge now, or export a copy (CSV/JSON) to your own folder first. Purging then runs automatically on the schedule you set.
How limits work. Users, apps, bundles and database storage are hard limits — hitting the cap blocks creating another (or adding more records), with a prompt to upgrade. File storage and bandwidth are soft limits with a grace band: they warn from 100%, and only block new uploads (file storage) once you go well over. Existing data is always kept and downloads keep working.
Support & security. The Support link lets you message the team and optionally grant read-only access for a limited time. Support can view to troubleshoot but never change anything; sensitive fields stay masked for them. Flip an app tile's Sensitive data toggle to block support from opening it at all. With operator field encryption on, SSN and card values are stored encrypted — unreadable even with direct database access.
Billing is simulated — switching plans takes effect immediately and makes no real charge; no payment method is stored.
